A central point of truth for their clients
With Assemble as their project hub, their clients no longer have to check in with them to ask for assets or updates on the project timeline. They know that whatever is on Assemble is the most recent update of the project, and they can check on it any time they like.
The client is notified when new assets are uploaded, and Naknek is notified whenever the client leaves new feedback. This creates a simple way to keep everyone updated and cuts out dozens of long email chains.

Saving time on creating presentations
Graham used to spend hours using design programs to create presentations for casting options, location options and many other items for approval.
With Assemble’s interface, Graham can now skip the design and send the options directly from his Assemble project to the client for approval.

Managing a complex feedback process
When Naknek was hired by a large client to produce ten different commercials, having Assemble implemented was a lifesaver.
Instead of tracking multiple versions of ten edit reviews, and a variety of other links, everything was organized efficiently in Assemble using version control.
Working with a large corporate client meant there were many different departments that had to view the assets and give their approval. But with Assemble, the client point of contact was able to easily share links of the edits to his colleagues so that they could give feedback, with no login required. Once the client received all of his colleague’s feedback, he was able to filter it for approval and easily funnel all of the final feedback back to Naknek - right within Assemble.
