A better way to onboard new clients
When kicking off a new project, Hawke sends an invite to their clients to join their project on Assemble. Once inside, the client is welcomed by a clearly organized project showing them all of the stages of production. This gives the client instant education and visibility into how the production process will work.
“The fact that Assemble is organized chronologically through the different steps of production allows us to simultaneously educate the client on the way the production process will flow from a high level right away.”

Projects are clearly organized by phase to track progress.
Tracking approvals every step of the way
Once the project begins, Hawke uses the platform to share all production assets with their client for approval. From scripts, to boards, to cast options, to post-production reviews and more. And as the client approves each item, Assemble keeps a paper trail of exactly what has been approved, by whom and when.
“Making approvals directly within the platform is a big game changer. We can’t do anything with a 50% approval, we need that greenlight, and I think it’s a nice tool to have a physical checkmark from the client and I don’t think other project management tools can give you that satisfaction.”

Oversight of dozens of projects at once
When managing dozens of project with a large in-house team, it’s easy to get lost in the process and forget where things stand. Assemble enables senior producers to see an overview of their entire production workload, and also open each project to get an instant update on its status.
"From a management standpoint it’s nice that I have access to all my team’s projects and I can click into each project and check in on the status to see where it stands. Sam was on vacation last week and I have full access to his project and can see exactly where the project stands.”

The master calendar provides a high level overview of your project workload.
Clear headed client management
When it comes to managing communication, it can takes hundred of emails and links to communicate everything that’s needed for a project. But Assemble alleviates that stress by creating a central repository for every asset to be uploaded, along with notifications updating both the agency and the client of new activity.
"For the higher touch clients, they always know they can login and check on where everything stands at any time. If we didn’t have this platform there would be so many cloud storage platforms or forms or folders on other platforms."
